Hi, I’m Josie — a Brisbane-based photographer with over 20 years of experience, specialising in wedding, newborn and maternity photography. I’m proud to be a recipient of multiple photography awards across weddings, newborns, maternity and family photography.
Photography has always been about connection for me — capturing people in meaningful seasons of their lives. From the excitement and emotion of a wedding day to the quiet, tender moments of welcoming a new baby, I’m drawn to photographing real stories with heart and authenticity.
Weddings
Weddings make up a large part of my work, and I absolutely thrive in the energy, emotion and once-in-a-lifetime moments that come with them. My wedding photography style is elegant, editorial and bright, blended with natural, candid storytelling that captures real moments as they unfold.
I take a relaxed, supportive approach on the day, helping you feel confident, comfortable and completely yourselves in front of the camera — while I document the big moments and the beautiful in-between.

Newborn & Maternity
Alongside weddings, I also specialise in newborn and maternity photography, working with families during some of their most meaningful early moments. Many of my wedding couples return to me as their families grow — an honour I never take for granted.
These sessions are calm, safe and thoughtfully guided, with a focus on capturing natural connection and emotion. I’m fully vaccinated and hold a Blue Card, so you can feel completely at ease knowing your family is in trusted hands. Explore newborn photos here.
